    • Naribam na sitno parmezan, granu padano ili neki drugi zreli ribanac, bacim hrpicu na dobro zagrijanu tavu, pustim da se otopi i formira crisp pa izvadim špatulom na papir za pečenje i pustim da se ohladi! 🙂

      • Znal sam, znal. Puno ti fala. Uz ječam, “gladijatorska hrana”, mi doma obožavamo i hajdinu kašu, a ovaj tvoj crips od parmezana dođe ko As na 10-tku. Hvala Ti!
